Location master planning provides a solid basis for growth and efficient processes
Location development is often done as an emergency operation: Stapling and patching in the worst places leads to isolated solutions on the business premises. Ill-considered structural measures could limit future possibilities or simply slow down the best site potentials. Problems might be covered up, but be not solved conclusively. Long-term site planning is therefore necessary. Though there are countless pitfalls awaiting the planner. Technological changes in prospective production processes must be reconciled with available space, budget and time as well as legal framework conditions. This is possible.
A master plan should not appear static, but should adapt dynamically to the company’s development and at the same time form a guard rail for site development. This is an art that you can master with our planning method.
Tutors are Clemens Führmann, André Rambau, Thorsten Denecke
All three have accompanied many master plans of large and medium-sized companies. You will benefit from their many years of professional practice. Clemens Führmann is an architect and has, for instance, created a master plan with the company EBK, where the seminar is taking place. Here you can see for yourself what a master plan does when it is live in action. André Rambau also creates master plans for companies time and again. He finds the pareto master plan method simple and innovative. One of his clients is Krone, example given. Thorsten Denecke gained his experience at Hella-Behr during plant construction in Spain and Mexico. All three use the method presented in the seminar in their professional practice. It has been proven to work excellently because it paves the way for new ideas and surprising solutions.
This seminar is suitable for managers and directors who want to use their company location to its full potential and are looking for a solution that works well in the long term.
