Innovations can occur in different areas and with diverse effects

They can relate to products, processes, procedures, services, organisational forms or even business models. The decisive factor for an innovation is its implementation. Because it is the market success that distinguishes the innovation from the invention. In order to assess for yourself whether innovation management in your company is excellently organised, you should answer the following questions:

  • How much turnover do I want to make with innovations and in what time horizon?
  • Which innovation strategy do I use to pursue my goals?
  • How have I structured innovation processes?
  • Where do my ideas come from and how do I describe them?
  • How do I test and evaluate ideas?
  • How do I successfully implement ideas in a short time, i.e. how do I create innovation?

If you are not satisfied with your answers and innovations have so far come to you rather by chance, you should attend our seminar “Innovation Management”.
