Plant Managers Circle

The Plant Managers Circle is for plant and production managers. The aim is to exchange experience and ideas across a wide range of industries. While visiting each other's plants and participating in intensive plant tours, individual topics are discussed with the aid of "living objects". That way, suggestions can be quickly and easily taken up. The informal nature of this event and the groups, which are deliberately kept small, contribute to its success.

Topics addressed so far include: lean strategies, employee flexibility, economic logistics concepts, supply strategies for electronic components, test strategies for product and logistics quality, performance indicator and management systems for successful production, etc.

There are just two conditions for participation: personal acquaintance with more than one participant, and a willingness to invite the Plant Managers Circle into your own plant.

Workshop talks

Top speakers from industry and science demonstrate how to turn ideas into reality - with topics from practice for practice. You are then invited to exploit the open and informal atmosphere for exchanging ideas and experience with the speakers and colleagues from other companies.
